Return and Refund Policy
At Tomes of Virtue, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re dedicated to making your experience as magical as possible, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we’ll always go the extra mile to ensure that you feel supported throughout your shopping journey.
Since all of our products are made-to-order with great care, we generally do not offer free returns or exchanges for items that are simply not a fit or don't meet subjective expectations. We kindly ask you to choose your items thoughtfully, knowing that each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking information first.
If your package appears delayed or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help investigate.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking:
- Around your mailbox, porch, entrance, or other delivery locations
- With household members, neighbors, or building reception
- Any parcel lockers or pickup points associated with your address
In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly before the package physically arrives. If the package still cannot be located, we’ll work with you to investigate the issue and determine a fair resolution.

To request a refund, replacement, or assistance with an order issue, please contact us at tomesofvirtue@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Make sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If possible, providing a photo of the problem will help us address it faster.
What We Do Not Cover:
- Returns for reasons like a change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Sizing issues that could have been avoided by consulting our size chart before purchase.
